House Rules
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have a Ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.
Check-in between 4PM and Midnight
Check out by 10AM
**Important** Please make sure you read and comply with these rules:
NO smoking indoors or within 20 feet of home
NO use of indoor fireplace, a firepit is provided outdoors.
NO guests beyond those listed in your reservation, rule applies to both daytime and night.
